 Pricing Policy  
Should you find similar product at a lower price than advertised in our web site, we'll gladly match that price. This policy applies to all products we carry which are currently available from the manufacturer. This policy doesn't apply to the close out or discontinued merchandise, reconditioned or refurbished products, the out of stock products. Sufficient proof of the suggested lower purchase price is required. Although we'll most likely beat our competitor's price, we reserve the right not to do so.
 Tracking Information
To track your order shipped by UPS first, obtain the UPS tracking number. The tracking number is the code identifying each shipment. We provide our customers with the UPS tracking numbers upon shipment if this option was selected in the Order Form. 
You may also e-mail us at sales to request the UPS tracking number.
To track the shipment by UPS type the tracking number in the box below and press "Track" button. The tracking result should appear in a pop-up window.

 Return, Exchange, Refund
The merchandise purchased from "InTech Marketing" can be returned back for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase (Invoice). The merchandise should be in the original condition (no scratches, damages) and in the original packaging. The product has to be sent back to our company insured at customer's own account. To obtain a return authorization (RA) number please e-mail us at sales or dial . No returns will be accepted without the return authorization (RA#) number.
The shipping box should be clearly marked with " Return Merchandise" and the RA number. All free items (bonuses) included with the purchase should accompany any return. Otherwise, the regular sale price of these items will be deducted from the amount of credit. The credit is normally issued within few days from the date the merchandise is received.
All applicable shipping and handling charges related to the shipment of the merchandise to the customer and back (if any) are not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of credit. This policy applies to all the merchandise sold through our web sites including those advertised with the shipping and handling charges included in the purchase price - "Free Shipping".
 Order Cancellation
The Order can be canceled at no charge if it still hasn't been shipped out. The request for cancellation should be sent to us in writing via e-mail sales or Fax . If the order still hasn't been shipped out, you will receive a notice of cancellation. Otherwise, you will be provided with a copy of shipping documents - waybill, post office receipt, etc. The order cannot be canceled over the phone. If you wish to cancel your order after it was shipped out, this becomes a Return procedure. Please see the guidelines for Return Policy above. Administration fees (not exceeding 5 %) may apply to the cancellation of multiple purchase orders.
 Damaged Goods Return  
Important  Notice!
Do not throw out the packaging or any part of it(!) unless you're completely sure
that merchandise is OK.
Carefully inspect the merchandise upon receiving for possible damage. If the problem found, call the UPS at a toll free number immediately to report the problem. The problem should be reported not later than within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Then, give us a call at our toll free # for further instructions. The merchandise damaged in transit is replaced with new one at no extra cost to the customer.
 Warranty Repair, Replacement
Defective product is repaired or replaced with new one free of charge according to the terms and within the duration period of the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty statement can be found in the User manual coming with the product. The defective product should be delivered or sent with sufficient protection and postage to the address indicated in the User Manual. The Austin and AllerAir products should be sent to the closest manufacturer's warehouse. The Bionaire products can be brought or sent to the closest Bionaire service centers located in all major cities across the USA and Canada.

 Free Shipping by UPS Ground!  
All products purchased from our web site - air purifiers, air cleaners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, heaters, fans, etc. over $ 70.00 value are shipped for free by UPS standard (ground) service within the continental USA and Canada, unless otherwise is stated in special terms and conditions. This means that we pay all charges related to the shipment of the merchandise to the customer such as, freight, brokerage (if any), etc. These charges are third party service charges and not refundable if the merchandise is returned back for refund under our Return Policy. Please call us toll free or e-mail sales for actual shipping and handling charges and brokerage fees on the merchandise you're willing to purchase.
