AllerAir Manufacturer's
Limited Warranty Statement.
 AllerAir
warrants their units to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use and service for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.
The obligation
of this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part of
the unit which we agree is defective in materials or workmanship under
normal use and service during the five year period commencing with the
date of purchase, sent with sufficient packaging protection and postage
to the address below.
This
five year warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, obligations
or liabilities or to any implied warranties, obligations or liabilities
(except those implied warranties, which in some states can not be excluded).
No agent, representative, dealer or employee of the company has the authority
to increase or alter the obligations of this warranty.
This
warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been modified, repaired
or altered in any way without the express written consent of the company.
This warranty does not apply to any expendable parts of the unit.
In no case shall the company
be liable for any consequential damages for breach of this or any other
warranty expressed or implied whatsoever.
This
warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
The
mailing address of the company manufacturer can
be
found in the User's Manual included with the unit.
